venmo signup form issues

I need to integrate venmo API but the Developers Signup Form does not have a submission button?

    Hi there Chinelo!

    You don't need to sign up specifically to be a developer! Head on over to venmo.com, sign in, and go to Settings. Click the Developer tab, and you can make a new application from there!

    It's saying, "Venmo is not in your area. Stay Tuned" .
